Earth to packed goods — the order of work on our floor. Stages that lack measured figures say so.
01
Clay is prepared for forming — pugging and conditioning on our own preparation machines before it reaches the press.

02
Greenware is pressed on Kavan frames — toggle, hydraulic, hand and power presses depending on the piece.

03
Pieces dry on racks before firing. Measured drying times and shrinkage figures publish when confirmed.
04
Kiln firing sets the ceramic body. Temperature curves and cycle durations stay gated until we publish measured schedules.
05
Where a finish applies, it is applied after firing. Food-contact declarations stay gated until verified.
06
Pieces are checked before packing. A published rejection rate is a strong trust signal — and is not invented here.
07
Trade packing, unit counts and breakage allowance are stated on clay product pages when the line is published.
What this process will not do — continuous claims without conditions, food-contact statements without declarations — is on what we will not do.
