When you submit an enquiry or ask for an email-gated download we receive the fields you enter: name, email, and optionally phone, company, country, message, product or model references, and files you attach. Bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and rate limits process a token and your IP address on the server. We do not ask for payment card data on this site.
To answer your enquiry, send the document you asked for, prevent spam and abuse, and keep a durable record that a lead was received. Recipients of enquiry email are chosen on the server by enquiry type — never from values you submit.
Enquiry records stay in our database for as long as we need them to serve you and to prove we did not lose a lead. You can ask us to correct or delete your details using the contact channels above.
Hosting and edge delivery (Vercel), enquiry storage (MongoDB Atlas), transactional email (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and rate limiting / short-lived idempotency keys (Upstash). Analytics tools are not installed on this build yet; when they are, this page will name them.
If you message or call us, that conversation is handled on those channels under the terms of the apps you use. We use what you send to reply to your request.
You can decline optional fields on forms. You can contact us to access, correct or delete enquiry data we hold about you. For urgent requests, WhatsApp is the fastest path.
