Quality practice

We do not use the word "quality" as a claim. We describe what is checked — and we withhold numbers we have not measured.

What is checked

• Form: cracks, deformation and incomplete press fills on greenware and fired pieces.
• Fit to the order: size band and finish against the agreed specification for the lot.
• Packing: counts and protection before dispatch on trade orders.

What is not published yet

• A rejection rate with a measurement window — gated until confirmed.
• ISO or other certifications — no certificate is on file (owner confirmed 12 August 2026).
• Food-contact and toy-safety declarations — required before those product lines can publish.
